For his entire life, Earl Ley of Ley Property Management has made the Port Clinton, Put In Bay, Kelley’s Island and Marblehead area his home. Year round he understands the Lake Erie, North Coast lifestyle both in and out of season. Earl lives, works and plays here.

With an accounting degree, Earl spent 20 years of his business life working in financial management of a local marine company. When it was sold to a national franchise, Earl moved into his career as a property manager, working with some of the premier homeowners associations in the region.

Earl has grown Ley Property Management from ground zero to where it is today, managing 15 associations in less than 15 years. He has done it by focusing on his values, a strong work ethic, honesty and by providing exceptional personalized service based on each property. Earl is extremely detailed oriented and committed to providing value. He takes the worries from HOA management and their individual property owners while maximizing the return on their real estate investments.

He continues to make investments in Ley Property Management and in streamlining the property management process. Ley Property management uses the latest technology is keeping communications open. 

He is a proud member of the community and understands the value of efficiently managing properties in season and the challenges of maintaining them during the cold winter season. We are here all year when you need us.
